Co-Founder

SRIPAL MUTHA is an MBA from London Graduate School of Management, UK. He successfully established GS REWARDS & LOYALTY SOLUTIONS (aka GLOBAL SOURCING) in 2011 and over the years has grown the company to become a market leader in the Loyalty Reward Fulfillment and Channel Incentive industry.

Sripal firmly believes that engagement is the key to the growth of any business whether it is employee, customer or channel engagement and he has successfully demonstrated it by delivering great value for money through his sourcing and operational acumen.

HANIF SHAH

Co-Founder

HANIF SHAH, is an experienced business development and management professional with over 3 decades of experience. He is a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Madras University, and Business Administration from IIM, Calcutta; and Leadership from Center for Creative Education, Miami, USA.

He was part of the core team that launched SODEXO in India and instrumental in developing the Benefits & Rewards and the Integrated Facilities Management business in India and Asia-Pacific, in various  leadership roles. After 2 decades at Sodexo, he went on to be the Chief Sales Officer at ZAGGLE a FinTech company before kickstarting REWARDKART.

Hanif leads the Sales, Marketing and Product Development at REWARDKART.
